J'adore la danse, comme d'habitude ça m'a donné envie d'en refaire, du flamenco... ¡C'est reparti! ⭐️

Except this one has been such a struggle!

As cliché as that sounds...so much has changed in the last 2 to 5 years, it is hard to find the words to express how much, and how that makes me feel.

First off: I DID IT!
All of the work, all of the energy, all of the worry (and all of the money 😭) that this degree took, finally got me to that finish line.

NOW TO ZE GOOD STUFF:
I have grown so much (maybe regressed a little? My mental health leans on the dodgy side right now, a little bit - everyone I know agrees that some sort of diagnosis is missing 😂🧐)
I have learned SO MUCH; about singing, about myself (about how I have had a deviated septum for potentially decades, which heavily impacted my -you guessed it- singing), about the erratic weather patterns in Ireland...about how I would love to live alone (maybe not alone? 👀) with a gaggle of cats and a heavily furnished library 😏

It'll be hard not to get cheesy about this here, but I am so grateful for every good thing that these last 5 years have brought me. I'll find a way to be grateful about the bad stuff, too, I suppose that is how you learn and what makes you, you, so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Too many people to thank, so they won't all be mentioned, but I would like to thank my parents and my family, for helping me move to a whole other country and for all that entails (as well as listening to me moan about the rain every single day without fail), and for their support all around.
All of my friends, from the ones I "left" back in France to all the ones I made in Ireland. I am a mess, but one with a great support system and I love you all 🥰

In the last 5 years, I : moved places maybe 6 times, travelled a bit, taught music for the first time, lost some people, got my 1st (AND 2nd) tattoo, gained -some- self-confidence, still fumbled, bought a f**kton of books (some of which I have read 😏), and found love and frienship that means a lot to me.

SO HERE WE ARE, she's a graduate, y'all!

And so for now (FOR NOW! I am also still actually going back and forth but that's not as dramatic, is it) slán once again, Baile Átha Cliath

Les Contes d’Hoffmann - 1.10.25 ✨

À chaque fois que j’écoute du Offenbach, et encore plus quand j’en vois en vrai, je redécouvre à quel point ça me plaît…et à quel point je VEUX EN CHANTER c’est une merveille d’humour et de musique (donc coup ça tombe pile bien, c’est mon sweet spot)

Ma première fois à l’Opéra-Comique ne m’a absolument pas déçue (et l’intérieur est magnifique 🤩). Un jour j’y retourne et un jour OFFENBACH (nan vraiment, vraiment j’aime 😏)

That's a wrap on Feis Ceoil 2025 for me!
My last ever Feis (...for now? 😶‍🌫️) and as always a pleasure to perform and listen to some gorgeous music (stressful who? Identity crisis where? SURE I LOVE IT, OKAY?)

Seriously though, I need the exposure therapy (😉) and it's always good to get in front of people and sing, and get some useful feedback while you're at it (AND I DO LOVE SINGING, I SWEAR ✨️)

I also got to perform a Maria Malibran song for the 1st time ever in public and it was so fun! Who could have guessed the French girl would really like the French music, amirite 👀

I'M STILL IN IRELAND FOR A BIT (...but the end is kinda getting nigh and ohmygod ahhhh- the amount of scores I'll have to fly back over is also not exactly conducive to relaxation, I won't lie 🫣)

I am delighted (𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥) to announce that my final recital for the last year of my Bachelor's will be taking place next week in the Whyte Hall of the Royal Irish Academy of Music ✨

Realizing I never actually posted these!
This February, had our first official concert as JUST US ✨
It was an incredible evening and a pleasure to sing some beautiful choral music in the Trinity College Chapel, and to see so many friendly faces in the audience.
