Emme is one of the best people I know, my favorite little sister, and simply put — magic. I can’t wait to see these two take on life together, and for him to be joining our fam.

Lake Powell’s got my vote for the happiest place on earth—sorry, Disney. Sun-soaked days, canyon echoes, and the best kind of company. Holding these memories close in my back pocket.

It only took 133 papers, 42 projects, 137 chapters of reading, 133 discussion posts, 20 major tests, 70 quizzes, 600 non direct hours, and over 300 therapy sessions, and just like that I’m officially a clinical mental health counselor.

I could’ve have made it through without the patience of my incredible partner, support from my parents, my professors, incredible supervisors, and late night chats in the parking lot with classmates. Many tears have been shed in the pursuit of bettering myself, and doing everything I can to show up for my clients. It’s a blessing to sit with people, and hold space for both grief and growth. I can undoubtedly say that therapy saved my life, and I hope to be able to offer the same life changing support.

has always had a special place in my heart. It means the world to have a place where you’re not only loved and accepted, but genuinely celebrated. Seeing all of hard work come into fruition, and having our families there to celebrate definitely was the icing on the cake! 🎂✨❤️🥳

Perhaps the changing of seasons deserve a more permanent feature. If the rain and snow haven’t severed as enough of a reminder, now is the perfect time to nestle up, and go within. “Cozy, cozy.” - Beyoncé.

I feel remarkably blessed for the opportunity I’ve had to get an education, and for the love and support I’ve received along the way. Studying psychology and film has been incredibly rewarding, which I why I’m looking forward to continuing my education. I’m gearing up to attend UVU’s Master program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Therapy has undoubtably change my life, and I’m looking forward to hopefully someday paying that forward.

My love for film and photography has always allowed me to grow closer to people, many of whom have trusted me to tell their stories, capture meaningful moments, or help grow their business’s. I’m looking forward to finding new ways to integrate my two passions, and continually grow. Cheers to all the lovely people who make this life a hell of a lot more fun.
