During the annual conference one workshop stood out: Code vibing.

We tested the group engineering skills with pasta, marshmallows and plaster. 😎
The goal was to build the highest rider.
The chaos was expected.

• Marshmallows disappeared faster than the structures went up 😀
• Every team believed they had the winning strategy until gravity disagreed😉
• Some riders stood tall. Others retired early.

Day 4 brought calm focus and meaningful connection. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾
From exploring colors, sounds, and mindfulness in our Well-being Workbook, to building trust through team activities and a music therapy workshop.
A powerful reminder that balance and understanding create truly harmonious teams. 🫂 Just like ours , , , , , .

Day 2 of the REAL Youth Exchange.✌️

We opened the day with a guided visit at Dans(e) la Lumiere, Dance in the Light. In a time of fast technological and AI change, the visit helped the group pause and think with intention. 💥
We saw how light brings life to a space that looks empty.
We reinforced the idea that you need to master the scene of your life.
You decide what to highlight.
You decide what to leave in the background.
You build your best self through clear choices.

The afternoon shifted to a full group meeting to shape the final presentations.
Teams connected their insights with their project goals.
Group leaders aligned the structure and set the direction.

Strong momentum for the next steps.
