🌟 Delicious Turkey Casserole Recipe 🌟
Turn your dinner time into a flavorful feast with this mouthwatering Turkey Casserole! 🍽️🦃
Ingredients:
 1/2 lb ground turkey
 1/2 lb turkey sausage
 1 small onion, diced
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
 1 egg, beaten
 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
 1 tsp #1273 Organics Seafood Seasoning
 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or spaghetti sauce
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp #1273 Organic No Salt seasoning (to taste)
Instructions:
1. 🔥 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. 🧅 Sauté diced onion in olive oil until softened. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. 🍗 Combine ground turkey and sausage in the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
4. 🥄 Mix ricotta cheese, beaten egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, Seafood seasoning, Organic No Salt, and pepper in a bowl.
5. 🥐 Roll out one can of crescent dough and press it into the baking dish for a solid crust.
6. 🍝 Spread half the marinara sauce over the crust, add the turkey mixture, and drop spoonfuls of the ricotta mix on top.
7. 🥐 Roll out the second can of crescent dough, cover the fillings, and spread remaining marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
8. ⏲️ Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
9. 🍽️ Let it rest for a few minutes, slice, and serve!

For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt 🥣

- 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill) 🌿
- Juice of 1/2 lemon 🍋

1. Cook the Quinoa:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa and water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside. 🍽️
2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
