Careers aren’t linear. Identities aren’t one-dimensional. So where does belonging happen? ✨

At our shared event “Between Cultures & Careers - Navigating Identity in Tech”, together with and the Diversity Employee Network PRISMA, we opened up the conversation in Berlin. 💬✨

2hearts is a business community and platform for tech talents with migration backgrounds. Together with PRISMA, it shares the ambition to create more space for cultural diversity, foster belonging, and unlock new opportunities in the tech world.

Moderated by Dawid Bakowski, the panel brought together diverse voices from across the tech landscape and personal perspectives highlighted how multifaceted and valuable different identities are within the industry.

The exchange once again showed how powerful it is to create spaces where experiences can be shared openly, different viewpoints are valued, and meaningful connections can grow. 🌱

Access + Ambition + Impact = 100 life‑changing careers 💙

Since 2019, our partnership with CodeYourFuture has helped disadvantaged people access opportunities in tech. This year, we celebrate a major milestone, with 100 graduates now building careers with us.

👩‍💻 Madiha’s story shows what’s possible. She came to the UK from Pakistan 20 years ago, later joined CodeYourFuture in 2020, and is now a senior engineer guiding others in tech.

🤝 Alongside her, leaders like Anahita help shape the future by mentoring talent and building new pathways to keep the program aligned with real industry needs.

IT Girls rEvolution Academy to program, który wspiera uczennice szkół średnich w poznawaniu świata IT i rozwoju kompetencji przyszłości. Przed nami kolejna edycja – i zapraszamy do niej szkoły, które chcą dać swoim uczennicom dostęp do wiedzy, inspiracji i praktycznych doświadczeń technologicznych 💻

🏫 Zaproszenie kierujemy do szkół średnich z województw:
• małopolskiego
• opolskiego
• śląskiego
(miejscowości do 200 tys. mieszkańców)

Recently, we welcomed SIV - a network for female and non‑binary engineering students at Uppsala University - to our office for an inspiring evening event 💙

Together, we dove into a LEGO® Serious Play workshop, where creativity met meaningful conversations 🧩 Most importantly, we had the chance to connect, mingle, and learn from each other.
