Meet Rahyja. Originally from Brazil, she joined the Project Sausage team earlier this year after working in kitchens in Brazil, Ireland and Paris. From pies and sausage rolls to sandwiches and cakes, she’s involved across the whole operation and has quickly become an important part of the team.
