CURE 51
The Rosalind Study | A global community of Cancer patients and Cancer survivors sharing experiences and driving change in Cancer care
🧡 « You never think it’s going to happen again »
In a recent Netflix documentary, Kylie Minogue opened up for the first time about receiving a second breast cancer diagnosis in 2021.
Her words are honest, vulnerable and familiar to people who have faced cancer: the uncertainty, the fear of recurrence and the challenge of moving forward while still carrying those experiences.

🧡 Our very own Yann featured on Science Illustrated!
Yann is the Manager of our Patients’ Committee, where he helps ensure that patient voices are represented in our Rosalind Study. He works closely with exceptional survivors, advocates, doctors and researchers to bring lived experience into the conversation that helps shape the future of cancer research.
Diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic cancer at just 35 years old, Yann survived against extraordinary odds. Today, nearly a decade later, he continues to turn that experience into action for other patients.
Thank you Yann, for your dedication, your optimism and your commitment to helping us better understand exceptional survival.

🇪🇺 European Week Against Cancer: the people and discoveries shaping the future of oncology
Every part of our research tries to answer a question: why do some patients respond differently to treatment? What can exceptional survivors teach us? How can science help more people live longer, fuller lives after cancer? Behind these questions are people: patients, families, clinicians, scientists, advocates. Over the past months, we shared moments from this journey: survivor experiences, the science behind our Rosalind Study and the technologies opening new perspectives for oncology.
📚 For European Week Against Cancer, we brought together 7 posts that reflect what inspires our work every day: understanding exceptional survivorship to help shape the future of cancer care.

🧠 Spatial biology is changing how we understand glioblastoma
Glioblastoma is a complex system composed of five biological regions, each defined by its own cellular architecture, behavior and response patterns.
We map it as a living system: observing which cells are present, how they are arranged, what surrounds them and how these relationships evolve across different patient profiles, including exceptional survivors.
