We enjoyed a delightful lunch, featuring seasonal and creative cuisine and warm attentive service. It was also a real pleasure to reconnect with Marion, Auriane and Thomas — your passion for the place truly shines through and took us on a journey full of surprises that leaved us mesmerized.

On Wednesday, our day started at the stunning Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach, where we had the pleasure of being warmly welcomed by Cornelia Cernko.
Our exploration continued at the , where Issam Tiouti graciously gave Pauline a tour of this majestic hotel. It was a true pleasure to reconnect with candidates and partners we have known for years as well as making many new connections.

Finally, a special thank you to Stefan Masche, General Manager of Dubai, for hosting us during our evening cocktail event. We were fortunate to bring together key hospitality professionals for a wonderful, engaging, and insightful evening.
