Recap! Our Taste of Emilia Romagna tour was amazing! We spent the week eating eating pasta, sampling meats, cheeses, and wines, and visiting loca producers! Safe to say no one left hungry!

✨ Summer nights in Paris

Baking in Paris Day 9: Our last full day in Paris ended with one of our favorite classes - Fraisiers! A delicious pastry layered with sponge cake, mousseline cream, strawberries, and chantilly cream. We started the day at the local market to check out the brocante and food stalls and then made our way to the baking studio for one last time while taught the group how to make this classic French pastry!

Tart day was a blast! Everyone made their own individual lemon tart and almond tart with pastry cream. They all turned out so good!

Just a little appreciation post for our beautiful baking studio in Paris!

Look at those layers! Yesterday was Opera Cake day, and demonstrated how to make this decadent French cake. Jennifer is such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pastry, and we are all learning so much!

Day 4 is a free day, so the group gets to choose between an extra baking class or sightseeing around the city! made white chocolate strawberry macarons for the extra class and all of the others went to Versailles! Another fun day in Paris!
