Contemporary Art As an intuitive artist, Ulevicus (1979) creates out of a female speculative perspective. Most of all, Ulevicus wants you to feel.
Inspired by nature, and the unseen, themes of exit and entry; change, and transmutation are dominantly present in her work. Whether painting flowers or more abstract pieces, her paintings are a direct response to her emotional life as she explores what it means to be a woman today. leave one in a book,
send one to a friend,

It’s another month, and another installment of The Living Canvas Envelope!
The Living Canvas Envelope is a monthly art subscription that brings little acts of presence right to your door. Each month is different — a handmade art piece, a poem, a prompt, a print, sometimes all of these things together or something else - part of its charm is the inspiration that leads me to make each month a unique experience.
Last month, I sent out 26 envelopes with a coloring sheet of one of my early drawings. I asked each member to make something of their own using the drawing as an activity of presence, creativity, and joy seeking. I asked everyone to send me back their pieces by November 30th… let’s see who plays!
