At this year's career event hosted by FMI Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", the Inensia team had the opportunity to meet and talk with many talented and motivated students eager to start their professional journey. 🎓

As a long-standing participant in this event, we always value the chance to exchange ideas, answer questions, and discuss career opportunities in the industrial digitalization field with the next generation of professionals. 💡

Two productive days in Frankfurt, where being together made all the difference.

Bringing the team together in person always adds a different layer: sharper discussions, faster decisions, and a shared sense of direction that is hard to replicate remotely.

This time, it was also about welcoming Maurizio Fracassi to our German team. The setting could not have been better - co-working during the day, followed by a relaxed lunch and a team dinner to properly say “welcome”.

A growing team for us is more than a headcount. It is new perspectives joining existing conversations, new relationships taking shape, and new colleagues becoming part of the way we work together.

No buying new books - just sharing some of our favorite ones that already have underlined pages, folded corners, and stories that can spark curiosity and inspiration in someone else.
We are keeping it eco-friendly all the way, including the packaging. And since every book stays a secret until it is opened, the whole thing feels a little bit more personal - a small moment of surprise and connection wrapped in stories worth sharing.
We can’t wait to see which plots find their next reader! 🤩

The best collaborations happen outside meeting rooms. 😊
Our France-North/Belgium team met for a great time together in Brussels. Between a city walk, effortlessly flowing conversations, some good food and wine as well as shared moments away from the usual pace, it was a lovely way to spend time together and enjoy the city from a different angle. 🚶‍♂️🌆
Beyond the agenda and daily exchanges, these kinds of moments bring a different energy: more spontaneous, more personal, and just as valuable. It was a chance to discover Brussels together, reconnect in a simple way, and enjoy the kind of team time that leaves everyone with good memories and even better momentum for what comes next.
Sometimes, all it takes is a few hours together in a different setting to make collaboration feel even more natural.

After being among the 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, this recognition means a lot. Not in a “look at us” way, but in a very real, very human way - because building a place where people feel good, challenged, supported, and seen takes time.
There is no single big moment behind this; it is the result of a lot of everyday beautiful mess-ups and smart recoveries handled by our great team 💙, so we are super grateful to everyone who made this award possible, and excited for the people who will join us next and become part of what is ahead. 🤩

We had something a little different in the office recently: a 𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐨 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞. 🤖
The idea was simple - small robots, a sumo-style ‘ring’, and a bit of friendly competition to see who could outmaneuver who. It was fun, a little chaotic, and a really nice way to break up the day.
What made it even better was seeing everyone get involved - testing ideas, cheering each other on, and getting way more invested than expected - gathering around between tasks, reacting to every small win, and fully backing their favorites like it was a major sporting event. 😄
It turned into one of those moments which the colleagues will probably keep bringing up for the next few days. 💥

There is something especially valuable about meeting people at the very beginning of their career journey 👣 - when ideas are forming, interests are taking shape, and everything still feels possible ✨.That is why we are happy to be at 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 today.

We were happy to welcome 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐓𝐔’𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 to our office recently. 😊
During the visit, Iskra Kyuchukova, who is a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭, introduced them to 𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 - who we are, what we work on, and the 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 currently open across the company. She also gave them an overview of 𝐏𝐋𝐌, the kinds of challenges our clients face, and how our teams help solve them in practice. 🏭
It was a great way to start the conversation, share more about our environment and specifics, and give the students a clearer picture of the paths they could explore with us.
The visit also gave them the chance to experience a bit of our 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 firsthand. They explored the space, saw how we work and spend time together, and discovered some of the games♟️that are part of everyday life here.
It was a pleasure to meet such curious and engaged students, answer their questions, and show them what life at 𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 looks like beyond any job description. ✨

Some training sessions are remembered for the content. Others are remembered for the feeling they create. Our 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 managed both.
A group of 10 colleagues came together, and the feedback mentioned lively energy, lots of laughter, and even some spontaneous singing during the session 🤩🎶.
This says something important: when a room feels open enough for people to laugh, participate freely, and enjoy the moment, learning tends to land differently - especially on a topic built around 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. That kind of feedback speaks volumes 🙌.
𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 is not just about concepts - it is about how people relate, respond, and create space for one another.
Sounds like Paris offered exactly that kind of learning environment. Already looking forward for the next part of the training!
