Via Nissa is conducting a public tour of Vieux Nice on January 21st. This visit is for local residents only and for those who already have a basic knowledge of Nice. The guide will be Jean Claude Ranucci, one of the best. Jean Claude founded the patrimony program at the université de Nice and is a fluent Nissarde speaker. It will last 3 hours (beginning at 10 am) and be in both English and French.

In conjunction with the property agency, Knight Frank, Via Nissa, the historical partner, has been providing Knight Frank written documentation on the properties they have for sale for several years. Located at the Musée Palais Lascaris are five panels dating from the 15th century which were found at the ancient synagogue on Rue Benoit Bunico, the former Jewish ghetto in Nice. The five panels though represents individuas from the bible which seem somewhat misplaced in a Jewish synagogue. For example, Queen Jezabel, who has a very negative reputation today among Jewish scholars and Rabbis. The "enquete" in now underway by Via Nissa.

Robert Levitt at Via Nissa will be providing a visit of Jewish Nice on October 2nd. This is the only visit which is open to the public. Robert is a medieval historian whose doctorate is focused on the Jewish Communities of Nice and Grasse during the 14th and 15th century. The cost is 17€.
