Tortue de Mer aims to create light summerwear that is both beautiful and affordable cotton kaftans, cool cover-ups and hot weather lightweights in an array of colours for babies, children and women. She chose the name Tortue de Mer (French for sea turtle) simply because this is where Isabelle likes to spend her holidays - on the beach or in the sea!
