Finally, WinFin is delighted to introduce you the last division : the Communication Team

The Communication Team works closely with all the other teams and assists them with the promotion of events, presentation of new partners and our high-school project.

The team also shares on social media news and opportunities for women in finance such as programs aimed for women from renown companies and banks, networking sessions and other events. Every week the Communication team shares latest news about women in finance and progress, but also global finance topics.

Hello everyone !

Today, you get to meet our members from the High School Project Team.

They are in charge of organizing Q&A sessions and workshops. The team just finished working on the first intervention of the year, that took place on the 27th of January, with a preparatory class in Lyon. They exchanged with students in order to raise awareness about social equity in access to higher education, especially with regards to the selective branches of finance

Today WinFin would like to present you our Partnership Team.

The WinFin Partnership Team establishes short-term or long-term relationships with companies and associations that also advocate gender equality and inclusion in the financial industry.

It consists of 3 sub-teams:

- Old Partnership Team keeps in touch with previously build partners;
- New Partnership Team searches for new opportunities and connects to potential partners;
- Funding Team seeks support from companies or organizations to finance WinFin activities.

Here are our members who worked on last events you might have heard of or participated to.

Since September the Events Team has held 5 events with talented women and renown companies like PwC, Tikehau Capital and SEO London. The Team helps female students in Finance to get in touch with successful women and to be better prepared and more confident for interviews. Besides that, the participants were able to learn more about some amazing opportunities at their disposal (women's programs, organizations that promote inclusion and diversity such as SEO London …)

The Team will also prepare interviews with successful women working in the financial sector, so stay tuned 😉

Webinar EDHEC WinFin x SEO London

Hi everyone! WinFin and SEO London organize a Webinar on December 1st at 1pm (French Time).

SEO London works with 120 top firms to give a chance to talented, young and diverse people to enter these firms.

Come and hear from Margo Lorusso, Senior Programme Coordinator at SEO London, to discover about the company and what they offer.

‼️ Workshop et session Networking avec Tikehau Capital ‼️

WinFin et Tikehau Capital s’associent pour organiser un Workshop et une session de Networking destinés aux étudiants en Master.

L’évènement se déroulera dans les bureaux parisiens de Tikehau Capital situés au 32 rue de Monceau le 24 Novembre de 18:30 à 20:30.

Voici le programme :

-Étude de cas (1h) en équipe de 3 avec l’aide d’un ou de professionnels dans l’un des domaines suivants au choix:
-Private Equity
-Private Debt
-Risk
-Real Assets
-Capital Market Strategy

-Session de networking (1h) avec les professionnels, des stagiaires en poste et des alumnis autour d’un cocktail

‼️Présentation des métiers de PwC - Audit - Transaction - Conseil financier‼️

WinFin organise un événement en partenariat avec PwC qui a pour but de vous faire découvrir les différents métiers chez PwC.

La conférence se déroulera le 17 novembre de 12:15 à 13:45 et sera 100% en ligne et ouverte à tous.

Des professionnels viendront vous présenter le quotidien d’un Auditeur, d’un Consultant deals et d’un Consultant en Finance. Ensuite, une partie Q&A vous permettra d’échanger avec les professionnels.
