Modern renovation and furnishing of a 60m2 studio apartment in Cannes.

The repair of the studio apartment was carried out according to the design project proposed by the customer. After agreeing on all the details and terms, the renovation started as per our contract. The whole furniture is custom made and was done in a short period of 2 months. Each stage of work was completed and presented over to the customer on time as per our contracted terms. When the renovation was finalized and the cleaning of the apartment was completed, the project was handed over to the customer.

An individual plan-project of the kitchen room was made.

What was done in stages:
1. Engineering and design (Selection of materials - facades / fittings / color)
2. Production of kitchen furniture and countertops from solid wood (Oak) under the order in a short time - 35 days.
3. Removal of the old kitchen and its disposal.
4. Preparing the room and minor repairs, namely: Electrical wiring, minor plumbing changes, installation of a ceramic tile backsplash, installation of 12 sockets, painting work such as painting the walls / ceiling.
5. Delivery and installation of new kitchen furniture/accessories.
6. Comprehensive cleaning.
