Facilitators

Mara Georgiana Moldoveanu will be the main facilitator of these workshops. With a Doctorate in Psychology and an international academic background, her work brings together research, teaching, and lived experience. Alongside her academic journey, Mara has developed a practice centered on individual counseling, group processes, and community building, shaped by living in five different European countries over the past decade. Now based in Portugal, she creates spaces that encourage reflection, connection, personal growth, and meaningful change.

Raluca Marginas (IPU Lyon), the second facilitator, is a teacher, researcher, and cultural mediator. With a PhD in Comparative Literature and experience in international projects, she works with multilingual communities and across languages, focusing on cultural mediation and the ways stories can create connection across differences and foster a sense of belonging.
