Today we are at AI Summit “IA avec nous,” organised by Région Hauts-de-France under the patronage of Emmanuel Macron. It is a day dedicated to discussions and exchanges on the evolution of AI and its impact across different fields: politics, business, education, culture, and more.

Looking forward to attending the masterclasses and meeting local companies showcasing their AI solutions and innovations to get inspiration for our work.

As Henna Virkkunen, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for Tech Sovereignty, Security and Democracy said: “We want Europe to be a place that builds, invests in, and scales AI technologies.”

🏙️🤝 On 9 and 10 June, more than 70 policymakers, practitioners and experts from across Europe gathered in Livorno, Italy, for the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform workshop on Temporary and Tactical Urbanism.

Through presentations, exchanges and interactive discussions, participants explored how temporary and tactical approaches can support urban regeneration, test innovative solutions 💡 and contribute to more inclusive and resilient planning processes 🌱.

The workshop opened with a study visit to Hangar Creativi, a good practice from the IMPETUS project, providing participants with a practical example of how temporary use can activate underused spaces and generate local value 🏭➡️🎭.

A sincere thank you to all the participants and speakers who contributed their knowledge, experiences and reflections throughout the event 🙏.

Special thanks also to the Region Toscana, the Municipality of Livorno and Anci Toscana for their collaboration and hospitality in hosting this workshop 🇮🇹.

Together, we continue to strengthen policies through interregional learning across Europe 🇪🇺✨.

Stay tuned for the key learnings!
