The annual seminar becomes an essential starting point. Your employees will be able to meet in a pleasant place, on the Côte d'Azur, Provence or Occitania, to learn about the objectives set for the new year. The aim is to motivate them and allow them to reconnect with the company in general. It is also a time of reunion and conviviality between old and new employees. The main objective is to combine working meeting sessions with moments of relaxation and leisure (activities, lunches, tastings, evenings...). For this reason, the back-to-school seminar is a project that the French-Events organizers carry out to measure. Indeed, each project is different according to the proposed budget, constraints and needs of the company. Regarding the organization, your annual seminar should be accompanied by coffee or drink breaks. Afterward, it could be enhanced by an evening and/or an activity ( team building type) in order to create team cohesion in a good atmosphere: 2cv rally, golf initiation, treasure hunt, igloo building, tastings, cooking lessons...
