Training: Releasing the body involves the ability to detach from the ground and to move with flexibility and lightness. Here, "uki" is manifested in the ex*****on of evasion movements such as kiri gaeshi or kosa giri, thus illustrating the importance of fluidity and freedom of movement, allowing quick reactions without being overwhelmed by the opponent's attack.
