Yesterday, a private family home became the setting for A & J’s beautiful wedding day - a ceremony beneath the trees, colourful flowers, cocktails by the pool, long-table dining and celebrations into the night. 🤍

Private property weddings take a lot of planning, preparation and teamwork behind the scenes, and there’s something incredibly special about watching it all finally come together.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful suppliers involved, and especially to our amazing event staff, who worked so hard throughout the day to make everything run beautifully.

You want to be involved in planning your wedding, but you’d also like professional support and guidance along the way.
We create a bespoke package around the areas where you actually need our help.

LUXE | Full Planning from €5,800
You want us beside you from the planning stages right through to your wedding day.

Choosing your wedding venue in Gascony 🇫🇷

From grand historic châteaux to beautiful rural farmhouses, there are some incredible places to get married here, but choosing the right venue is about much more than falling in love with the photographs.

As independent wedding planners working across a variety of venues, these are 5 things we'd always recommend asking before you book:

1. What's actually included in the hire?
Tables, chairs, furniture, accommodation, cleaning, lighting — every venue is different.

2. Is it a dry-hire venue?
Some venues provide the space, but you'll need to hire in furniture and other equipment, which needs to be factored into your overall budget.

3. What's the wet-weather plan?
Can all your guests comfortably dine and celebrate inside? If a stretch tent or marquee is needed, remember this can add several thousand euros to your budget.

4. Does it really work for your guest numbers?
Think about the ceremony, dinner and dancing — in both good weather and rain.

5. Planning from overseas? Ask for a live video walkthrough.
If you can't visit before booking, ask the venue owner to walk you through the property online. And don't just look at the beautiful bits! Ask to see the indoor backup spaces, catering areas, accommodation, bathrooms and access too.

The prettiest venue isn't necessarily the right venue. It's about finding somewhere that works for your wedding, your guests and your budget.
