Being from Quebec, I always thought figs were not really tasty until we went to Italy and grabbed one directly from the tree. It was ripe as 🤐 and OMG so delicious! Here, French toast with white cheese, fresh ripe figs and maple syrup. So yummy!!!!

1 oz Empress 1908 gin
1 oz Gentian infused Bergamot liqueur
2/3 oz Dry vermouth
1/3 oz Bianco Vermouth
Garnish with a grapefruit zest

Can you tell this comes from an instant noodle soup pack? I love them for lunch. You just throw a little garnish of fresh herbs, boiled egg, sesame oil drizzle... and you made yourself a pretty impressive lunch in two minutes. This one was super tasty. A delish soup made with lamb bone broth. What’s you fav instant noodle?

This photo is straight up happiness and friendship! Last year, when we were still in Quebec, .deschenes.10 and I were exchanging food recipes and inspiration on a daily basis (I miss it a lot). With this Ramen, he took the game to another level. That recipe had so many homemade ingredients to prepare, Jeremie took something like 3 days to prep the bone broth, the truffled lards and then, made us a surprise and gave us some so we could make the Ramen with almost no effort. All I had to do left was the Porchetta, the noodles and plate. What a delight! Thank you my friend for this, when I look at that image I think of you and miss you a lot. Grosse bise

Hot weather = staying away from the oven 😆 Not a lot to say about this one except “delicious simplicity”
