We are proud to announce that five FDRU players represented Waikerekere Brothers 15s Rugby Club in the FMF Suva Rugby Club Games on 23/05/2026. The Deaf players were 13 Mikaele Masi, 1 Kevin Barr, 14 Nasoni Nawanawailagi, 11 Nemani Turagatani, and 6 Philip Wing.

This was their first experience playing in mainstream rugby, marking an important milestone for Deaf athletes in Fiji. We sincerely thank the coaches and management of Waikerekere Brothers Rugby Club for welcoming our Deaf players and giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent.

Their participation is a great example of inclusion, equality, and community spirit. We are proud of their achievement and look forward to seeing them continue to succeed both on and off the field.

Vinaka vakalevu, and congratulations to our players! πŸ‰πŸ§πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ‡«πŸ‡―
