Expanding Apex footprint across the Pacific! 🌏🏗️
A recent project undertaken in Apia, Samoa, involving the development of a proposed warehouse at 73 Faatoia Lane, Lelata.
The project involved structural and civil drafting, detailed construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination, with a focus on structural integrity, constructability, and practical design solutions.
Another valuable opportunity to contribute technical expertise to developments beyond Fiji and across the Pacific region.

Introducing a contemporary tropical residence designed for relaxed island living in Pacific Harbour, Navua.
This proposed dwelling combines clean architectural lines, open-plan living, generous glazing, covered outdoor spaces and a modern tropical character suited to Fiji’s climate. The design focuses on natural light, functionality, indoor-outdoor connection and a simple, elegant material palette.
