This thorough understanding forms the basis for the development of the project through the various stages to successful completion. The qualifications and experience of the Principal demonstrate a special ability with
projects where design excellence is essential. The caliber and ability of Murray Cockburn Partnership is such that we are able to blend creative interpretation of a client's brief with functional planning and efficient, business-like performance all within strict budget control. Emphasis is placed on the prompt production of contract documents and working drawings. In times of significant increases in construction costs, with many projects, the rapid production of contract documents has saved clients a large proportion if not all of the Architect's Fee through calling tenders months earlier than would usually occur. In response to the increasing complex needs of our Clients, Murray Cockburn Partnership provides a broad spectrum of professional architectural consultant services. The client is assisted in the establishment of a development brief, continuing with the preparation of feasibility studies, design drawings, cost planning, working drawings and specifications, co-ordination of consultants and obtaining permits, calling tenders and advising thereon, supervision of construction, all with constant cost and time control through to finalisation of all accounts. In addition to the above, the firm provides project reports, 3D modelling, master planning, economic viability assessments, site selection, interior design, graphic design, restoration and building preservation, valuations and arbitration. MCP currently employs 1 architect, 1 Interior designer and 2 further experienced technical staff in Fiji and in response to both the volume and nature of the work in the past, the firm has expanded to almost twice the size. In addition to the full time staff, MCP has the ability to call on several contract architectural and technical staff who can be amalgamated into a project team on and as required basis.

Introducing the 'Neptunes Food Shack' at none other than the stunning Radisson Blu Resort in Denarau, Fiji. The idea was to borrow the nostalgic and retro themes of an American diner but adapting a more Miami Beach and rustic surf aesthetic in the bid to embrace its truly unique and tropical, Fijian surroundings. We love it, and we hope you do too!

Custom joinery pieces lift and warm the interior of this indoor / outdoor recreation area. Using Daku makadre timber throughout the space, we aimed to create continuity and harmony and also a touch of tradition with the Fijian motifs.

New Zermatt is a 5 level chalet currently being constructed at Forest Lines about five 5km from Queenstown.

The entry level 1 from a covered port cohere is a reception area, drying room wine cellar and entrance to a glass elevator which provides access to all 5 levels.
Level 2 features a gymnasium, sauna, outdoor spa, together with a bunk room and maids facilities.
Living, dining, kitchen and walk-in pantry are on level 3, plus a games room and media room.
Level 4 has 2 bedroom/ lounge units and level 5 has 2 bedrooms all opening onto patios towards the lake and mountain views.
All bedrooms areas have ensuite bathrooms.
