We are seeking Carpentry assistant that is acquainted with some aspects of residential carpentry. This person does not need specialized knowledge but is well organized, able to multi-task, works well in a team environment and also can work on their own, has a neat appearance and has strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be very dependable, productive and able to deliver high quality work.

Skills we are looking for:

History in the Aluminium Joinery industry is a bonus but not essential!
Work well within a team environment
Must show Initiative and have a positive and proactive attitude
Experience in all facets of cutting, machining and assembly of aluminium joinery would be advantageous

Be able to carry out all plumbing works including roof plumbing and hot water plumbing. Should have own tools. The successful applicant will have to start immediately.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional approach and presentation
Experience in kitchen installation, cabinet making and joinery is required
A proven ability to produce high quality finishing work
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ability to undertake check measures and do cut-lists where required
A strong ability to work to deadlines and schedules
Honest and reliable, self-motivated, organised with a great work ethic
Be able to work unsupervised and have a passion for the job
Be fit and healthy
Committed to safe work practise
Should have own tools.
