Bula everyone ! Toso- Vata collaborations is organizing a book drive for the Cicia District School.

The Cicia District School located in the Lau group, is a feeder school to Cicia High, a school that has been excelling academically and providing a 100% pass rate in their year 13 grades. We want to invest in the foundation of these future Cicia High students, by providing a new set of library books ranging from all genres best suited for their age.

This Saturday (19/09/2020) our first public drop box will be available at Sukuna Park, come join in the event at the park and we would love if you could bring along a few books to aid in the drive ♥️

•”The Entrepreneur Era” • 📍

It’s the age of entrepreneur. Many people who had dreamed of opening a business are doing it. For some, it’s the desire for independence from cooperate politics (or, as in my case, it’s the need of building my own empire & help my community). For others, it’s a vision of riches. For many, it’s all about doing something they love.
In today’s challenging market, many pro of all ages are facing an uncertain future and embracing entrepreneurship as a way to take control, make money, and create job for themselves and hopefully many others. New graduates who find limited opportunities at corporations are starting businesses.
Many baby boomers are not retiring to a life of leisure and golf. Instead, they are starting business around hobby and passion. They may be reluctant entrepreneurs but they are starting business in record numbers, too.
There are also social entrepreneurs who want to change the world for the better.

These days, you don’t need bricks and mortar to run a business, either. The digital world has made it easier to hang out a shingle than ever before. All you need is a website and a social media page. And many of the fastest- growing businesses are based entirely on digital technology.

As for a Youthprenuer, I use to think and act like an entrepreneur while working for others, meaning I think like an owner with the stake of growing the company/business. It can also power your corporate rate career in a new way. Rather than thinking like an employee or even a manager, you’ll be working for yourself and for the good of the enterprise. The rewards are bond to follow. And that will repay you in results & recognition.

“Amidst the greatest challenge humanity has ever faced, we are a group of young, driven Fijians who chose to shallow our fear, doubt and uncertainty and pursue paths of possibilities in the business world.
We were so blessed to sit and chat over a cup of delicious tea with Dr Mere Samisoni as she shared her golden nuggets about the business world. Our aspirations as youthpreneurs were fortified and enlarged in order to grow ourselves and also empower, invest, inspire and educate other Fijian youths about starting/balancing business with their other commitments, while upholding Godly Christian Values” ❤️
