Funeral Notice-The Late Gone Turaga na Tui Nabulebulewa, Pen*semani Turagabaleti!

The funeral cortège is expected to depart Lautoka Hospital at 6:30am for his last drive to his residence at Kaunitoni Street in Waiyavi.

Family, Colleagues and acquaintances who wishes to attend the viewing is much appreciated before the funeral cortège leaves for Qoma Island for the final funeral formalities.

The homecoming life celebration will begin at 10am on Saturday, 20th June 2026 at his home church, Kenisereti Methodist Church in Qoma Island then to his final Journey home at the Family’s"Sautabu”.

The late Gone Turaga na Tui Nabulebulewa Pen*semani Turagabaleti was born on 14th of January, 1948 and was called home to eternal glory on 11th June, 2026.

The late Mr Turagabaleti hailed from Qoma Island, Tailevu and shared maternal links with Bau Island, Tailevu and He belonged to the Mataqali Tui Nabulebulewa and the Tokatoka Lacavukivuki.

The Late Turaga Tui Nabulebulewa carried his vanua with pride, traditions, values, and heritage of his people throughout his life.

Today we gather to honour and celebrate the life of a beloved father, grandfather, friend, and leader. He was a man of dignity, wisdom, and quiet strength whose presence brought comfort and guidance to many.

Throughout his life, he demonstrated unwavering dedication to his family, community, and all those entrusted to his care. His kindness, humility, and generosity touched countless lives. He led not only through words but through his actions, setting an example of integrity, respect, and service.

His legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the lives he influenced, and the love he shared. Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit remains in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

As we remember and celebrate his life, we give thanks for the blessings he brought into our lives and the lasting memories he leaves behind.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.”

May he rest in eternal peace, and may his memory continue to inspire future generations.
