Founded in March 1982. It falls under District 9920. Currently has 13 members. The Rotary Club of Labasa was founded in March 1982.

In the early years, the club members mainly consist of expatriates. The club has evolved since then with the inclusion of local businessman, scholars and other charismatic individuals. It can be proudly said that the club has come a long way since the political and economical instability. At one time, the club had less than 5 members. But the determination to uphold the Rotary flag kept our club alive! We are a small and vibrant club upholding the Rotary values!

Rotary Club of Labasa showed that 'Service Above Self' pairs perfectly with Fiji-style goat curry cooked over an open fire! 🔥🍛

Huge thanks to PHF Vijendra for hosting, Uncle Paul for the legendary breadfruit chaser 🍞, and a warm welcome to guests Paul, Kushal, Bobby, and Kalyan—consider this your delicious introduction to Rotary life! 🍷🍻

We laughed, we ate, and yes, we actually talked business—because between goat bones and gossip, we planned:
🔥 *BBQ Fundraiser* at Discount Store – 13th Sept 2025 (meat lovers, mark your calendars!)
🪔 *Family Diwali Event* (get ready for lights, laughter, and laddoos!)
🎄 *Rotary Christmas Celebration* (because ‘tis always the season for giving… and feasting!)

Proving once again that Rotary isn’t just about changing the world—it’s also about who gets the last piece of goat. 😉 "
