Lasten on tärkeää oppia, että meillä kaikilla on erilaiset, yhtä arvokkaat kehot. Lasten on myös tärkeä tietää, mitä tehdä, jos joku rikkoo oman kehon rajoja.

Let's make sure we offer our children time to play and we listen to what they have to say. Hear their worries and join in on their fun! Happy Easter and Happy Weekend times with your children ❤️.

Children have their own fears and worries, sometimes they are big and sometimes they are small. Our responsibility as adults is to help them manage their worries, to comfort and support them. This means we need to listen and observe - without adding to their worries. We needed to create a material that helps us adults initiate this kind of a respectful dialogue, emphasizing the natural ways a child works out their emotions and feelings. Together with the Finnish NGO Protect Children Suojellaan Lapsia we created a simple, easy-to-use Worry Booklet. It's a standalone little resource, like a children's book, with playful activities and tips connected to the story. In Finland our partner UPC Print printed a bilingual version of the booklet in Ukrainian and Finnish, to be handed to all Ukrainian children and their classes or groups. Kip-miehistön auttaa käsittelemään pelkoja ja huolia lasten kanssa ilman että lisäämme heidän huoliaan. Vihko on kehitetty yhdessä Suojellaan Lapsia ry:n asiantuntijoiden kanssa. UPC Print on painattanut niitä toimitettavaksi Suomessa luokille ja ryhmiin, joissa on ukrainalaisia lapsia. Posti kuljettaa vihkot maksutta perille.
