Possible S**ce – Winter Reflections 24/02/2026

Four years since Russia’s attack in Ukraine and still no end to the war in sight. I almost never write songs about current or recent topics. But the second verse of Winter Reflections is about the war and the protests against it. I would say that the song is about 27 February 2022 because the protest I attended was a day before that.

Ghost Station, by Possible S**ce 04/02/2026

Today it’s 10 years since the release of Possible S**ce’s first album Ghost Station. It’s an example of Possible S**ce’s early cosmic industrial style. And the lyrics had pulp science fiction themes.

Later my music has become more diverse, the sounds have become less heavy and the lyrics more personal. But I still like this album too. I’ve still played some of the songs live, especially Am I from the Future and Alien Age. Maybe this year I could play some song that I haven’t played in years.

Possible S**ce - I Remember the... 11/01/2026

Erich von Däniken (1935–2026) has returned to the stars. Whatever you think about him and his ideas about ancient astronauts, you can't deny his influence on popular culture. Including my own work. The 2017 Possible S**ce album Sopdet is a story of an alien who has been on earth since the dawn of mankind. It was clearly inspired by Däniken.

Possible S**ce – Where I Was Standing 24/12/2025

A song about a lonely Christmas. Just a few lines of text but this is one of those songs that mean a lot to me personally. I meant the sounds at the end to be snowfall. Somebody said they sounded like an "ice cave". And somebody else called them the bells of Christmas. All these fit the theme of the song very well.

Possible S**ce – Where I Was Standing Where I Was Standing is a song about being a lonely outsider in December. On the newest Possible S**ce album there is a song for every month of the year. So ...
