In my opinion, after +11 years in the hospitality business, I have to admit that one of the most difficult tasks for a small and independent business is to find the right and like-minded people to work with.

It's such a complex task , one that you can't fully understand unless you step into the shoes of the entrepreneur. It's a combination of good observation and intuition that will help you make a decision. Letting your conscience be your guide improves the odds.

Once you get lucky to find a good team member, you tend to hold on as much as possible.

Elena was part of our team from the beginning of 2023, and honestly, we feel grateful for every moment thet she has spent at the coffee shop.
She showed commitment, dedication, and great work ethics. Together, we had witnessed the busiest times and the heaviest workflow.

This is a great moment that will stand the test of time.
