📢 We are proud to inform that Lumo Analytics is one of the 71 selected applicants to get the EICAccelerator funding from European Innovation Council! As we are among 6% of all applicants, this recognition highlights the value of our technology and the impact it can have on the industry.

LumoAnalytics secured 2.5 MEUR funding to develop our state of the art innovation on instant measurement of mechanical properties of the rock, based on acoustic signal coming from LIBS measurement.

A huge thank you to our dedicated team and to Invent Baltics for their invaluable support during the application process. We are excited for the journey ahead and can’t wait to take Lumo Analytics to the next level!

Last weekend we had the opportunity to host Women in Mining Finland at our premises. We gave them an overview on our technology in form of demonstration lead by Leo Erkus and a company presentation by Hanna Junttila, who emphasized our diverse team in her presentation.
Did you know, that in our team:

💥 18% of our employees identify as female (Average in the industry is 14%)
💯 Age variation is 28-47 years

After the official part of the visit, the wims had their annual meeting in our premises.

Our Business Development Manager Hanna Junttila gave a talk about applications of LIBS drill core scanning in different phases of at the "understand your mineral deposits" seminar at The Geological Society of London.

Meet Alma. Alma is one of our office dogs that occasionally come to cheer us at our premises in Helsinki.
It is widely known that dogs at the office increase employee well being and productivity.

We will start our from London! Hanna Junttila and Karolina Ambroziak-Murzyn will be giving a talk at the The Geological Society in "Understanding Your Mineral Deposit IV" seminar.

The topic of the talk is "Leveraging LIBS Technology for Enhanced Ore Deposit Characterization".
