I det här resonemanget är det alldeles för onyanserad koppling mella ”tydligt ledarskap” och engagemang.... I min värld är den ”tydlighet” som anförs här ”chefsskap (management) medan inget eg sägs om ledarskap (leadership) som fungerar genom engagerande frågor, utmaningar.
