Thousands of people die every year due to lack of first aid. To change that, we developed the Aid One Cover: a tool helping anyone to save a life.
Aid One is a Finnish start-up aiming to provide knowledge and guidance to act in emergency situations. First aid is not rocket science -- anyone can gain the confidence to save lives with the right tools. We believe we have developed such a tool. The Aid One Cover was awarded second prize in the international 2012 Braun Prize design competition, and is pending for patents. No existing product on the market gives the same level of hands-on help to a first aid helper.

Coming back to the Kenya path.
We verified what we already knew, and new business avenues opened up.
There is a real need for partnerships and we have since established a local office in Nairobi. You may contact us if you are coming our way or if you are looking to get your own business connected with local minded businesses in East Africa!
