I grew up learning, I shouldn’t touch other’s blood and sharing sharp materials with others, as their blood may be contaminated with HIV Aids, pandemic. This was a little bit not challenging to taker of our selves!
Today other phase of learning; I shouldn’t and never touch other or even never be close to other, because of corona virus, pandemic! The person around me is; helper of this virus to catch me! This one is very difficult. I feel like we’re in big race against micro organism before we attacked!

In history book or in our DNA history, there were billion of species disappeared including plants and animals, dinosaurs! Why was??? Why singularity and big bang scene happened? There was one power that can be consumed lives and matter toward itself at all. Matters are breaking down/rusting and lives are disappearing or under attack! This is real. What we, human being have to do then? Our planet has been invaded by micro organisms! Can we overcome on this planet? Or just we’ve to find forwarding another planet?

How can we prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease??
- Frequently, cleaning of hands using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water
-Avoiding close contact with anyone that has a fever and cough/Social distancing
-Boost Your immune system/Exercise and balanced dait.
-Stay Home
