This 950 million birr Hospital project (3B+G+12) is designed and supervised by our company Virtual consulting Plc, a Chinese construction company and AFI holding Ethiopia branch (Chinese company) owner, it was completed in just 13 months, myself and my staff were very impressed by the construction progress the company has made, we have witnessed in our experience how a small project with very little complexity are taking lengthy time, exposing the contractor and the client to unnecessary cost and time.

Our company Virtual consulting PLC has been preparing the 10 year structure plan of Setit Humera, we have prepared the plan through the participatory planning processes with the public of the town envisioning Humera to be a desert oasis. We have converted the Tekeze river front to recreational center, created centers and subcenters to enhance urban development, and we have proposed green belt to promote green and ecological friendly town.
