Another successful 4BP’s training for the month of April. We had a great time learning and growing together.

From April 6–8, we had the privilege of hosting training sessions with three inspiring groups, each dedicated to bettering lives through faith and financial stewardship.

1️⃣ Adama Genet Church: We explored sustainable missional models with faith leaders and business people who are now working toward registering their union to support their members.

2️⃣ Vision for a Better Life: We engaged in vision casting and solidified future plans with this group that is growing from savings to active credit provision..

3️⃣ Tensae Saving and Credit: This incredible women’s prayer group continues to grow. We trained their newest members on Foundations for Building Business on Biblical Principles. Grateful for the opportunity to witness these visions turning into reality!

Our 4BP’s training concludes with participants bringing their challenges, where together we explore insights, exchange ideas, and co-create solutions, equipping Christian business professionals to thrive in the marketplace.

We successfully concluded a vision casting training with 25 participants. Excited and hopeful as we move forward to the next stage: EQUIP.

Every believer can engage in God’s mission in practical, sustainable ways, whether through Peter’s NET model of mobilizing or Paul’s TENT model of integrating work and ministry.

Could I glorify God with my life, studies, and work? Many ask. ✨

We had a training at EvaSUE at their Regional Leadership Summit with University Students about Profession as Mission. This is KIBIR’s first stage and one of our E’s, Engage.

Most of us don’t think that work is part of our calling or ministry. We think that ministry can happen only:
• Within the Church compound or spiritual setting ⛪
• From the pulpit or the stage

The Bible teaches us that whatever we do, we should do it unto the Lord so that He will be glorified.
