Judge Debebe has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the judiciary as well as different laws of Ethiopia and their implementation within the justice system while working as a judge and legal instructor and trainer at various private and governmental universities. He is also accredited for his contribution in the introduction of the National Moot Court Competition in Ethiopia which had been conducted every year by the sponsorship of APAP among law school students of different universities.
