ጥር 27 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም( ኢኮባ)፡-
መንግስት የሀገራዊ ኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪው እንዲዘምን፣ ብሎም ውጤታማ፣ ዘላቂ እና ተወዳዳሪ ዘርፍ እንዲሆን የሚያስችሉ የሪፎርም ስራዎችን እያከናወነ ይገኛል፡፡
በቅርቡም በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪ ትራንስፎርሜሽን ኢንሽየቲቭ ፍኖተ ካርታን ይፋ አድርጎ ተግባራዊ እንቅስቃሴ እያደረገ ይገኛል፡፡
በዚህም የዘርፉን ማነቆዎች በመለየትና በመፍታት ለሀገራዊ ዘላቂ ልማት የላቀ ሚና የሚጫወት፣ ለዘርፉ ተዋናዮች ምቹ እና ተወዳዳሪ የሆነ የኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ እውን እንዲሆን በሚደረገው ርብርብ መላው የዘርፉን ቤተሰቦች ተደማሪ ተሳትፎ ወሳኝ ያደርገዋል፡፡
ከዚህ አንጻር የዘርፉን ሀገራዊ ዓላማ ለማሳካት ከሚያስችሉ ጉዳዮች መካከል የአገራችን ደረጃ-1 የግንባታ ኩባንያዎችን እና ደረጃ አንድ አማካሪ ደርጅቶችን ያላቸዉን አቅም መግምገም እንዲቻል የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ባለስልጣን በቁጥር 02/መ34/0289/18 በቀን 18/05/2018 የመጠየቂያ ቅጽ በማያያዝ በደብዳቤ ጥያቄ ያቀረበ ቢሆንም እስካሁን ምላሽ በመስጠት ረገድ ሙያዊ እና ስነምግባራዊ ሃላፊነታቸውን የተወጡት ጥቂቶች ናቸው፡፡
በመሆኑም ይህ መረጃ ከተለቀቀበት ጥር 27/2018 አንስቶ እስከ የካቲት 10/2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ የመጠየቂያ ቅጹን በመሙላት አዋሬ አደባባይ በሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤት ስምንተኛ ፎቅ ላይ ለግንባታ ቁጥጥር ዘርፍ ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ቢሮ እንድታቀርቡ በድጋሚ እየጠየቅን ይህ ሳይሆን ቢቀር ለሚፈጠሩ የአሰራር ክፍተቶች ኃላፊነቱና ተጠያቂነቱ በሂደቱ ያልተሳተፋችሁ ድርጅቶች ላይ እንደሚሆን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡
