About the Role

We are seeking 1 qualified MALE electric technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in electrical and solar systems, with the right attitude and adaptability to work in challenging field environments.

🔧 Must-Have Skills

- Must have experience with solar installation and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of DC and electrical wiring.
- Understanding of solar components (panels, batteries, inverters, controllers).
- Strong safety awareness in handling electrical equipment.
- Good physical fitness to work in outdoor and field conditions.
- Good attitude and professionalism.
- Adaptability to different field challenges and work conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Amharic and English.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Formal electrical certifications (diploma, license, or equivalent).
- Experience with AC inverter installation and maintenance.
