Ethiopian Initiative for Human Rights (EIHR) is a national civil society organization established to strive for the cause of human rights in Ethiopia. EIHR has a vision to see a democratic system where people are sovereign, human rights are respected and the rule of law prevails. Its mission is to empower citizens and groups to promote and protect human rights and advance democratic values. It also actively engages with issues concerning vulnerable groups including women, youth, girls, minorities and marginalized communities. EIHR was registered on 4th July 2019 with certificate number 4255 by the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ASCO).

EIHR, granted by UAF-Africa, advertised this call to commission a competent consultant (expert or consulting firm) to conduct Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) and produce report.
