Center for Disease Control and Prevention has released the 2024 edition of the CDC yellow book: health information for international travelers. This book is a resource for any health professional treating or caring for international travelers and travelers themselves. It provides the current US government's vaccine recommendations and prevalences for various diseases such as malaria, yellow fever, dengue and others.

World Health Day is a global initiative that aims to raise awareness about important health issues and promote healthy living around the world. Observed on April 7th every year, this day is an opportunity for individuals, communities, and organizations to come together and focus on improving the overall health and well-being of people everywhere. This year's theme is “ Health for All: Everyone, Everywhere” which encompasses equal access for good quality health services across all regions with limited or no financial risk. And it is also on this very day in 1948, the World Health Organization (WHO) was founded.

Here at Innova, as a team working in the health sphere, we celebrate this day and this year's theme as we strive to make innovative and design driven changes in the Ethiopian health sector.
