Causes of gastritis
The occurrence of this disease is influenced by many factors and substances:
poor diet, spicy food, too hot or too cold food;
substandard products, alcoholic beverages;
heavy metal salts;
caustic alkalis and acids;
Helicobacter pylori and other bacteria;
drugs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, digitalis, iron and potassium preparations, glucocorticoids, antibiotics);
injuries and wounds;
strong emotional experiences and stress;
autoimmune diseases;
hyperacid states;
x-ray exposure.

Gastritis is an inflammatory disease of the gastric mucosa, which, depending on the duration of the course, can be aggravated by dystrophic changes. The disease is very common, and almost everyone has experienced this problem.
