Totally random dept... two articles came out recently, why now I have not the slightest idea... but it’s fun!

1) The my hometown’s paper of record, made an article about notable Bellingham people... We (Auer & Stringfellow) made the cut! It actually starts with “Celebrities...they’re just like us!” I am not kidding, and I don’t think they were, either, as it’s pretty clear AI wrote this, and AI is not that good at jokes. I haven’t yet seen one deploy irony...that I could detect.

2) The ... in their *classical* section, made a list of 15 of the most underrated American bands... guess who’s #1? No, not this time*! Lol. . We made the cut! I can’t tell you how many “Great bands you’ve never heard of” lists we *didn’t* make in the past. All of them, actually. Good to get a little recognition, and I’ve always enjoyed being an underdog. Keeps you real.

Hey, I’ve got a show coming up May 17 - at Muziekcafé Boogiewoogie ( ) in Geraardsbergen BE! 16h doors, 1730 music. Belgian singer GUS opens. €10 at the door only. It’s close enough to Brussels (50 min by train) and early enough that you can easily make this show. G’bergen has train service, and the club is a 3 minute walk from the station!
