Celebrating love and the freedom to be who you are! 🌈

A few years ago I recorded a podcast conversation with my then 19 year old son about being a young gay man and what we wish parents would know when their kids are still young and haven’t “come out” as straight or gay.

It received such a positive response that I feel called to share it again now in honour of Pride Month. 🌈

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the incredible ability we have to see a situation one way… then suddenly have a shift in perspective and see it completely differently.

And in doing so, our emotions can shift almost instantly too. It’s like a superpower! 🤩

One moment we feel irritated, hurt, defensive, frustrated, overwhelmed, misunderstood… Then something changes in the way we’re viewing the situation and suddenly we soften. We access compassion, understanding, gratitude, perspective.

And just like that, we shift into a higher emotional frequency.

It’s unusual for me to be surrounded by so many soulfully curious MEN. That’s what made this 2-day Step Into Your Power experience so unique for me.

I got a lot out of the male perspective, and tapping into my own divine masculine, while they played with their intuitive, emotional feminine energies.

Today I had the honour of presenting my workshop to the Female Entrepreneurs of Ibiza.

I shared a few of my favourite ways to bring more ease and flow into daily life… and how to identify what truly needs your attention right now.

You can do ANYTHING, but not EVERYTHING all at once.

We used the Project Me Life Wheel® to do a simple life audit - looking at what we often say we “never have time for”… and how to gently create more space for what really matters.

After years expanding my work into higher levels of conscious living, it felt good to return to these grounded, practical tools. They’re powerful for building a strong foundation and creating a more balanced way of living and working.
