For almost three decades, Hospital Records and Japan have shared a special connection 🇯🇵❤️

From being flown out in the early days off the back of a Sony Entertainment x Hospital deal, to unforgettable tours and sold-out shows for a passionate community that has embraced our sound from day one. Japan has played a huge part in our story - and in 2026 we’re honoured to have our very own in-game radio station as part of Forza Horizon 6, set in Japan.
