New build. Old table.

The owners of a finca in Son Servera are renovating and wanted everything new - out went this: a hand-hewn oak table, thick and heavy, carrying every mark of the family that used it before us. We couldn’t let it go.

So it’s found a new life at Sa Cova, at centre court, the new build we’re deliberately trying to age.

It’s bumpy, it’s wonky, it’s imperfect. That’s the whole point and we love it 🥰

Sa Cova was designed to feel like a possessió - the great inland farming estates that have shaped North Mallorca since the 13th century. Getting there meant doing it the old way. Local stone. Local hands. No shortcuts.

We think the walls tell the story better than we ever could.

The details that make a house feel like a home. Aged brass, dark stone, hand-jointed oak - every material at Sa Cova chosen with intent.
