ABA ART LAB

Des de la Torre de Canyamel (Torre de Canyamel Group) i amb el comissariat d’Aba Art, inaugurem “Refugi de bèsties” de l’artista Jaume Roig (Jaume Roig), dins d’Estiu 2026, del 27 de juny al 31 d’octubre de 2026. Una proposta que explora la relació entre humà i natura a través d’un univers de formes híbrides, matèria i imaginari simbòlic.

Entre pintura i escultura, Roig construeix un bestiari contemporani on allò animal esdevé proper, evocantforces primàries, memòria i instint. La Torre de Canyamel es transforma així en un refugi simbòlic on arquitectura, mite i natura dialoguen en un mateix espai.

Anke Blaue (Schleswig, Germany, 1967) trained in wood sculpture in Germany and later at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, expanding her practice into stone, clay, painting and collage between Italy, Barcelona and New York. Since 2006, based in Germany, she works with handmade paper and antique linen, developing a practice focused on chromatic and formal reduction, where colour and matter become the essential language.

A Pedreres, Jean-Marie del Moral () explora la relació entre arquitectura natural, textura i temps. Una sèrie fotogràfica on el buit, la pedra i la llum construeixen una narrativa profundament mediterrània.

ABA BOUTIQUE — Pedro Oliver

Pedro Oliver’s practice explores materials and concepts through synthesis to express the maximum with the minimum. His work articulates contrasts such as concave and convex or inside and outside, constructing a unique language in which color takes on a symbolic value akin to visual poetry.

We are pleased to present Nothingness by Anke Blaue, a new exhibition opening on Thursday, June 4th, from 6pm to 10pm.

Through this new series of antique linens, Blaue continues her silent exploration towards the essential, where colour, texture and materiality converge in delicate balance. Stripped of the superfluous, each work becomes a space in which silence takes form and absence transforms into presence.
