Just upgraded an 11 year old laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Added a couple more GB´s of ram and its flying like a new machine. Great result!

Original cost of machine was about €300.
That works out over 11 years at about €2.27 per month.
Good value for money LOL! and its still going to go on for a few more years!

In keeping with gender equality, I will now be installing Uncle Virus on all computers.

Just a bit of advice. If you have a Windows 7 tablet with only 2gb of ram and limited hard disk space. Don't waste your time upgrading it to Windows 10. It will take forever and be slow when its done. ugh!!!

What they say about Windows 7 from de interthing:

"Can I still use Windows 7 after 2020?
Yes, you can continue using Windows 7 even after January 14, 2020. Windows 7 will start and run just like it's doing today. But we advise you upgrade to Windows 10 before 2020 as Microsoft won't provide technical support, software updates, security updates, and fixes after January 14, 2020"

Basically, if you haven´t changed yet, it´s not going to kill you. Everyone has different requirements and ways of using their machines so it all depends on you.
