🏔️🤍 Is Mijas Pueblo worth visiting?

Honest answer: yes. With some caveats.

The village is genuinely beautiful. The view from 430 metres above the coast on a clear day reaches Morocco. The oval bullring from 1900 is one of only two in that shape in the world. The streets behind the main square, away from the souvenir shops, are the Mijas that most people don't find because they don't stay long enough.

The tourist traps are real. The main square has them. The donkey situation is more complicated than most people realise before they get there.
